Updated October 26, 2026
All 6 expert reviews were hands-on, and every one praises its mopping, stain removal and self-maintaining dock. Every reviewer also flags limited app controls, and 18% of owners complain about the app. Other repeated issues are floors left too wet (3 of 6 reviewers) and missed edges or corners (4 of 6). Owners are cooler than reviewers, with an owner score of 61, Amazon 3.4 stars from 765 votes, and failures mentioned in 12% of comments, so with only 6 expert reviews and low overall confidence, the evidence is thin, especially on long-term reliability.
What each expert concluded
A capable, innovative robot vacuum-mop with good cleaning and mopping results, but held back by poor battery efficiency, slow navigation, a dated app and missing dock extras, earning only a narrow spot at the bottom of the site's top 20.
Hands-on review · open the review ↗A technically impressive robot vacuum and mop that cleans deeply and handles stains well, but its overly basic app, limited controls and inconsistent navigation and dirt detection make it hard to recommend at its high price versus rivals.
Hands-on review · open the review ↗A technically ambitious robot vacuum and mop with a great dock and solid hard-floor mopping, but inconsistent navigation, unreliable dirt detection and a very basic app mean it doesn't justify its price against more polished rivals.
Hands-on review · open the review ↗A near-hands-free robot vacuum and mop that handles floors, stains and its own cleanup very well, though it misses corners and its spot-clean control in the app is clumsy.
Hands-on review · open the review ↗A well-rounded, largely hands-off robot vacuum and mop that cleans and mops impressively for its price, with drawbacks in noise, build quality, limited app controls, and slow mop drying.
Hands-on review · open the review ↗A smart, easy-to-use vacuum-mop combo with excellent mapping, obstacle avoidance and threshold climbing, held back by wet mopping, no manual settings, weak fine-debris pickup, and a price the reviewer thinks is about $200 too high.

The no-fluff verdict
This robot handles both vacuuming and mopping and mostly looks after itself, emptying its bin and washing and drying its own mop. It is best at lifting stains from hard floors and moving between hard floors and rugs in one run. The catch is a very basic app with little control over suction or water, so floors can stay too wet and edges and corners get missed. It suits busy homes with mixed floors that want set-and-forget cleaning more than fine-tuning.
